Our Services

Post-renovation / Vacant Unit / Deep Cleaning

Buying a home in Hong Kong is never easy, and once you have the keys you want to turn it into your ideal home. Cleaning after renovation or before moving in is essential, yet this kind of cleaning is far from simple and calls for a professional team. If you are worried about post-renovation or pre-move-in cleaning — especially paint marks, cement stains and cleaning glass windows inside and out — the pre-move-in and post-renovation cleaning services of Tingo Environmental Service Co. Limited can help.

Tingo Environmental Service Co. Limited is one of the few companies in Hong Kong with a dedicated team for post-renovation, vacant-unit, pre-move-in and thorough cleaning. Our cleaning specialists are not ordinary domestic helpers: we specialise in professional cleaning and serve major estates, property management companies, developers, renovation contractors and interior design firms. Our cleaning capability is outstanding, from everyday dusting to removing heavy stains.

Offices / Homes & Maintenance

Carpet Cleaning

Give yourself a fresh, clean environment — do not let bacteria hide in your carpet. Hong Kong has a warm, humid climate in which dust mites multiply rapidly, and they mostly live in places such as carpets. Dust mites have eight legs and feed on human skin flakes, so even daily vacuuming struggles to remove them; they can trigger nasal and skin allergies. We use approved, harmless disinfectant cleaners together with professional wet-and-dry carpet cleaning machines, which is the most effective method. Clean your carpet regularly to keep bacteria from spreading through your environment.

We also offer monthly deep cleaning or weekly cleaning services. Please contact us for details.

Carpet Maintenance

Effective, regular carpet care reduces surface wear, extends the life of your carpet and reduces the expense of carpet repair and refurbishment.

Floor Waxing & Marble Polishing

After prolonged use and wear, vinyl flooring loses its original gloss and colour, so regular maintenance is essential.

Wax solutions have a unique, finely balanced character: once applied, the floor can be washed with cleaning solution without damaging the surface layer, and the wax can be easily removed with a stripper when needed. Compared with ordinary waxes, this saves 30 to 50 percent of the time and produces a bright, mirror-like finish.

They are harmless to humans and animals and have a long-lasting effect. We are dedicated to providing pest control services for homes and all types of organisations at absolutely fair prices.

Cockroach Control Strategies

The most advanced cockroach elimination methods available today include low-toxicity and non-toxic approaches. Our pest control experts can advise on the right approach for your needs, and our products remove cockroaches quickly, safely and effectively so that your daily life is not affected. Other cockroach control strategies include cutting off food sources, removing hiding places, preventing cockroaches from entering the premises, and using baits and pesticides.
